Joël Théard

Joel is the Founding Managing Partner at Labgfx. In his role as Creative Director and Project Manager, he oversees a team of programming and design professionals who incubate complex concepts into streamlined solutions for his clients.

Being an entrepreneur in creative industry professions, he has held leadership positions in a variety of business functions including project management, creative direction, training and process development.

He previously held positions as Multimedia Developer and 3D Animator at Vcom3D. Where had performed extensive R&D in mobile-centric, virtual human, cultural & training software for Apple's iPod devices. Over 700 of these devices have been fielded in Iraq, Afghanistan and Sudan by the U.S Military. As a Computer Graphics Animation graduate, he holds an Associate of Science degree from Full Sail University. Joel enjoys Mediterranean cuisine and live music.

Adam Rocco

Adam Rocco is a graduate of the Robert H. Smith School of business (Finance 99'). Rocco brings to Labgfx a decade of experience from multiple management disciplines including sales, marketing, finance, operations, and leadership roles within the Fortune 500 (General Electric and Thompson Reuters) and his own web startup.

In 2003, Rocco co-founded Creative Web Ventures spearheading the launch, ramp-up, and successful merger of 1weddingsource.com, the company's flagship wedding portal (2009). Rocco enjoys art and outdoor activities.
