Joel Theard

Joel is the Founding Managing Partner at Labgfx and takes the active role of Project Manager for all his clients. He guides a team of programming and design professionals who incubate complex concepts into streamlined solutions.

Being an entrepreneur in creative industry professions, he has held leadership positions in a variety of business functions including project management, creative direction, training and process development.

He has previously held the position as Vice President of Development at IMMG Marketing & Artist Development in Long Island City, New York. Joel helped ramp up and organize the companies project development pipeline, which resulted in tremendous internal savings, as well as placed a strong emphasis on improving IMMG's bottom line.

Having served as Multimedia Developer and 3D Computer Animator at Vcom3D based in Orlando, Florida. He had performed extensive R&D in mobile-centric, virtual human, cultural & training software for Apple's iPod devices. Over 700 of these devices have been fielded in Iraq, Afghanistan and Sudan by the U.S Military.

Joel has studied Computer (C.G.) Animation and Computer Modeling from Full Sail University, as well as been acknowledged with various academic and commitment awards.

Narendra A.

Narendra is a 10 year veteran within the programming and linux server administration industries. Leading over 30 projects to completion, Narendra heads up and manages Labgfx's development department.

With a strong emphasis in research & development, he introduces new and trending technologies to the companies clients which keeps Labgfx ahead of the curve and on the competitive edge.
